Council Approves Newspaper Contract
Hyattsville Life and Times to continue to distribute city newsletter.
The Hyattsville City Council unanimously approved a new $26,000 contract with the monthly community newspaper Hyattsville Life & Times to distribute 12 editions of the city's newsletter, the Hyattsville Reporter. The newsletter is distributed a total of 24 times a year, with the other 12 being mailed out to city residents. The contract represents a 4.5 percent increase in the budget for the distribution of the newsletter through the paper.
