A special session of the Hyattsville City Council will tackle parking, sidewalks and staffing tonight. The meeting begins at the Hyattsville Municipal Building at 8 p.m. Prior to that, at 7:30 p.m., the City Council will also hold a public hearing on a request to withdraw residential parking in the 5000 block of 36th place.
