3. A Prince George's County Circuit Court judge ruled that animal control officers are not to issue warnings or penalize people for feeding feral cats.

5. It’s youth open mic night from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Urban Eats Arts and Music Café in Mount Rainier. The event is free.
