Friday, July 13, could be an unlucky day for local motorists driving under the influence. That evening, officers from the Prince George's County Police Department's Special Operations Division will be manning a DUI checkpoint from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m., Saturday, along the 2400 block of University Boulevard, near the neighborhoods of Lewisdale, Adelphi and Langley Park.

This is the second such DUI checkpoint in this area since the evening of Friday, June 21, 2012, when county police conducted a checkpoint between the 2300 and 2500 blocks of University Boulevard.
