Heavy Traffic Expected Near UMd. for HS Graduations

Prince George's County students are preparing for graduation next week, several of whom will receive their diplomas at the Comcast Center.

Prince George’s County Public School seniors will proudly accept their diplomas next week, several of them in the University of Maryland’s Comcast Center near Paint Branch Drive.

Area residents will want to be aware of heavy traffic due to the ceremonies, running from Tuesday to Friday, according to a message distributed by the UMd. Office of the President.

“Traffic will be heaviest at the Campus Drive/Route One, and Paint Branch Drive/Route 193 intersections.
