O'Malley Wants $210 Millon for New Prince George's Hospital
The money will also finance minor improvements to Laurel Regional Hospital.
Prince George's County could see a new hospital and improvements to Laurel Regional Hospital if the state legislature grants Governor Martin O'Malley's request of $210 million for the project, according to a Washington Business Journal article.
The money would be doled out in $30 million increments over five years, according to the WBJ story.
The 2014 funding would cover real estate acquisition and architectural designs, as well as minor improvements to Laurel Regional Hospital.
