PGPD Search For Missing Teen Girl

Girl, missing since New Year's Day, last seen in Mount Rainier.

 

Prince George's County Police are investigating the disappearance of a 13-year-old girl from Mount Rainier.

Police do not believe the girl was kidnapped, and said that she had a history of running away from home.

The girl, named Citalli Yamileth Colon-Ventura, was last seen near her home in the 3300 block of Buchanan Street in Mount Rainier at approximately 2 p.m. on Jan. 1, 2013. 

The girl, described by police as Hispanic, stands about five feet tall, with brown eyes and black hair. She was wearing a brown shirt and blue pants. 

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of this girl are encouraged to call detectives with the Prince George's County Police Department's District I Investigative Section at 301-699-2601.
