At least two hundred people gatherd in front of Hyattsville's Municipal Building on Gallatin Street last night to bid fond farewell to the city's summer concert series, dubbed the Hyattsville Summer Jam. 

Last night's show saw local band Just Us (featuring Sgt. Chris Purvis of the Hyattsville City Police Department on guitar and vocals) entertain the crowd under skies of perfect, late-summer weather. 

This year's Summer Jam concert series was sponsored by Outback Steakhouse at the Mall at Prince George's. The series saw concerts hosted in downtown Hyattsville on the second Friday of each month from May through September.
