Prince George's County police have released a video from last week's stickup at East Pines Liquor Store in East Riverdale—one in an apparent string of local robberies.

The incident occurred on Sept. 25 at around 7:20 a.m. As seen in the video, two suspects allegedly entered the store and pulled a gun on the employees. After restraining them, police said the pair stole cash from the register and fled the scene.

Similar robberies occurred on Sept. 22 at Base Liquors in Suitland and on Sept. 4 at David's Liquors in Landover.

In one instance, a suspected getaway vehicle was spotted. Police described it as a white SUV that might be bearing temporary Maryland license plates. The driver was identified as a black woman wearing a white shower cap and a white tank top.

Authorities are asking anyone with information on these incidents to call the PGPD's Robbery Unit at 301-772-4905.

Residents can also contact authorities anonymously by calling Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS, texting “PGPD plus your crime tip” to CRIMES (274637), or submitting a tip online.

Crime Solvers is offering an unspecified cash reward for tips that lead to an arrest and indictment in the robberies.
