 in the violence against women movement.&nbsp\; Ms. Ross is acclaimed for
  her early role as one of the first African American women to direct a r
 ape crisis center in the 1970&rsquo\;s.&nbsp\; She is a Co-Founder of th
 e SisterSong Women of Color Reproductive Health Collective and currently
  serves as its National Coordinator. Her work focuses on the intersectio
 nality of social justice issues and how this affects social change and s
 ervice delivery in all movements.&nbsp\; Ms. Ross will be discussing the
  history of the movement to end violence against women and how our movem
 ent may meet new challenges that are both local and global in nature\nAl
