8pm is the perfect time for many parents, put the baby to bed and come to connect breath with movement, moving through a series of yoga poses in a dance-like formation. Your heart rate will increase, you will sweat. Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are vigorous. 
This is not "gentle yoga"… it is yoga with awareness. I do not encourage pushing through pain as you would in other sports, rather I encourage you to explore your own edge mindfully as you grow your practice, strengthen your body, expand your heart and free your mind.
