Everyone is invited to bring their pets, large and small, to the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land for the traditional blessing of the animals by the friars.
The blessing is held annually near the feast day of Saint Francis of Assisi, patron saint of animals and the environment and the founder of the Franciscans.
