The Eleanor and Franklin Roosevelt Democratic Club is hosting an Election Night TV Party to watch the returns as they become available. It will be in the Terrace Room of the Greenbriar Condominium on the corner of Greenbelt Road (Rt 193) and Hanover Parkway in Greenbelt. Limited free parking is available adjacent to the building. Greenbriar Community Building is part of Greenbriar Condominiums. The Community Center houses a few businesses, Greenbelt Children't Center, Smile Arts & General Cosmetic Dentistry, and Greenbriar Condominiums Management Office. The condominiums units available range from 1 to 3 bedrooms. There are a total of 50 buildings and 729 units. There is also a Terrace Room available for the residents, which they can use for recreational purposes, as well as a pool.
