Open to the community, our fall bazaar/festival will be held on Saturday, Oct. 20 at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 3799 East West Highway, Hyattsville, MD. The bazaar opens at 9 am with white elephants, fall and Christmas crafts, baked goods, cards, books, and weather permitting a moon bounce and playground. Lunch featuring pork BBQ, homemade soups, and pies will be served from 11 - 3 (eat-in or take-out). Something for everyone. You may call 301-277-2302 for more information. Tentatively scheduled are Hyattsville fire department, Mt. Rainier Nature Center, and PG County Mobile Health Unit for blood pressure and eye testing.
