Hyattsville Horticulture Society's 4th Annual Seed and Bake Sale is on February 9, from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. in the Mary Prangley Room of the Hyattsville Municipal Building (2nd Floor), 4310 Gallatin St. In addition to Hart's vegetable and flower seeds, there will be used gardening books, gardening phamphlets, hot soup, baked goods, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and lots of people to answer gardening questions. Please come join us for a fun community event.

More About Hyattsville Municipal Building
The City of Hyattsville was founded in 1860 and named after Christopher Clarke Hyatt, an early area settler. The city has a mayor and 10 ward representatives, two from each of the five wards. Hyattsville's Municipal building--which now includes the city's police department--was located on Jefferson Street until relocating to its current building on Gallatin Street.
