The Hyattsville Community Arts Alliance provides the gallery space at Prince George's Plaza Community Center with ongoing art exhibitions, receptions, artists talks and Solo Wall exhibits by HCAA artists! These events are free and open to the public. We celebrate the community calendar with themes that celebrate our diversity and creativity! This exhibit is about Winter, with images of cold dark,snow, ice, storms, wind, hibernation and winter sports! Richard Brown is on exhibit on our Solo Wall with his walnut wood carvings of hands and flowers! A reception for both exhibits will be on February 18 from 1-3pm. More About Prince George's Plaza Community Center
A cheery, busy community center, Prince George's Plaza offers a well-equipped gym, a basketball court for youngsters in a corner of the building and art facilities in another. Visitors get a friendly, enthusiastic greeting at the front desk, and no one appears to be in a hurry. Outdoor play equipment is also provided in a fenced area located off the parking lot.
