Silver Spring Nursery School Truck Touch

Please join us for Silver Spring Nursery School's 9th Annual Truck Touch on May 5, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Rain or shine, we will have our vehicular celebration once again! Silver Spring Nursery School is located at 10309 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland, 20903. Please park at the CHI Center one block north and walk down to the school - there will be signs to direct you! Kids of all ages will explore construction vehicles, a fire engine, a police cruiser, a motorcycle, a camper, and more! Back by popular demand: this year's Truck Touch will include a working recycling truck. Kids are encouraged to bring recyclable cans, bottles, paper, etc., that they can throw into the hopper and then see the truck do its thing, so please start saving your recycleables now! There will be a Scholastic Book Fair, live music, food, games, and this year we will be raffling an iPad! Tickets are $4 per person (children under two are free).
