Jefferson Street will be closed during portions of the day between Tuesday, Sept. 3 and Friday, Sept. 6, according to an announcement from the city of Hyattsville.
"Weather permitting, Washington Gas will be repairing gas lines on Jefferson Avenue. This will necessitate closing Jefferson between 42nd Avenue and 43rd Place between 8 AM and 1:30 PM Tuesday, 9/2 through Friday, 9/6. Detours will be posted," reads the notice, posted on the city website.
