Noted authors and recognized experts in women’s leadership, Sharon Hadary and Laura Henderson, will launch their new book HOW WOMEN LEAD:  The 8 Essential Strategies Successful Women Know with a book signing on Wednesday, Sept. 12, at 7:00 pm at Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Bethesda Row (4801 Bethesda Avenue).  The event will also feature several highly accomplished women who shared exclusively in the book their experiences, lessons learned and advice for helping every woman own her destiny and achieve her highest career aspirations.

Sharon Hadary is Principal of Sharon Hadary & Co., and founder and former executive director of the Center for Women’s Business Research.  She teaches in the doctoral program at the University of Maryland University College, writes and speaks nationally on the subject of women’s leadership.

Laura Henderson is an award-winning entrepreneur, now President of Henderson Associates.  She was founder, President and CEO of Prospect Associates, a $20-million health communications firm.  She serves on for-profit and non-profit boards of directors, and consults and speaks on strategic business issues and women’s leadership.
