The Scrub Pines had a good run playing at Rhode Island Red's Cafe, but have moved on to another venue. We're down the road a piece at St. Elmos Coffee Pub in the Del Ray section of Alexandria on occasional Friday and Saturday evenings. The Scrub Pines duo host a music showcase the first Thursday of each month, sharing the evening with a different artist at each event. This month's featured performer is singer/guitarist Drew Holland. Holland will treat everyone to the classic country tunes of Hank Williams. There is no cover charge, just fine acoustic music, tasty pizza and a cozy atmosphere!
