Saturday

Where/When: / 1 to 3 p.m.

Why Go: Get in touch with your creative side and make your own tie-dye t-shirt at the museum.

Price: The $7 fee covers your t-shirt cost and museum admission. Pre-registration is required.

 

Where/When: / 3 p.m.

Why Go: Register for the Battle of the Bags starting at 3 p.m. at the Town Field across from the Riverdale Presbyterian Church. Play starts at 4 p.m. The Battle of the Bags is a fundraiser for the University Park Civic Association. It's a game where teams face off playing a game—tossing beanbags into a wooden box with a hole.

Price: $50 per team to enter.

 

Where/When: 8151 15th Ave. / 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Why Go: Get a CASA ID, become a member of CASA, health screenings, HIV testing, glucose testing, blood pressure, eye exams and more!

Where/When: / 11 a.m.

Why Go: Professional home and office organizer Judy Tiger of Just That Simple (www.just-that-simple.net) to share tips and solutions for clearing the clutter at home and work and strategies for staying organized. She'll also provide the basics steps for getting ready to move. Learn to plan a low-stress, organized move.

Sunday

Where/When: Carroll and Laurel avenues / 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Why Go: Find your favorite fruit, veggies, meats and cheeses as well as a variety of entertainment and activities. Pet care is provided by Fetch! on the first and third Sundays. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted.
