Hyattsville Keeps it Cool on the 4th of July

PG Pool members celebrate the holiday with an annual bike parade.

A few hundred families converged at PG Pool for the annual 4th of July Bike Parade. Children spent an hour decorating their bikes, sccoters and tricycles, and then got to ride them around the pool several times.

In addition to the parade, there was a toddler scavanger hunt and face painting. When not chasing their kids around, adults spent the time cooking out and drinking cool beverages.
