Customer Service is completely terrible. The three men that work their are "shrude", to say the least...I bought 2 air actuators for my 2001 buick regal. They would not sell me the ancuators individually (which would have been cheaper), and made me buy the whole assembly for $100. After I bought the assembly, I paid my mechanic to put them in, they did not work and I had to pay him to take them out and Beltway use auto parts would not refund me my money. There was a gentleman in particular by the name of "Tim" who is used to get me a full refund.
