"Whether your team wins or loses, we don't want you to feel like you've been cheated," said Mike Jones, manager of Hank's."

"We're all still the same neighbors that walked in the door before the game. We try to create an atmosphere of excitement and camaraderie for the sport itself, regardless of what team you're rooting for."

The restaurant's patrons agree.

Owen Amadi, watching the Washington Redskins game, said, " I come here because I live close by and it's a great neighborhood bar."

Hank's draws in a crowd with their Sunday "Stadium Appetizer" specials.

"We are unpretentious and very conscious of the economic times," Jones said.

With $1.99 beers and $3 food specials, Hank's delivers.

Destination 2: Carolina Kitchen, University Town Center.

About 20 feet from Hank's, Carolina Kitchen plays the games every Sunday.
