A glass of Kahlua with a blast of CIROC Coconut and skim milk will put you in the mood for chestnuts and open fires. This drink is served either as a desert martini or on the rocks sprinkled with cinnamon.

**Silent Night**

If you love Tequila, you will love this drink. Freshly squeezed orange juice fused with cranberry juice and a splash of Tequila will make your evening the strong, silent type.

**Sleigh Driver Martini**

A combination of Citron-infused Vodka, freshly squeezed orange juice, and Triple Sec liqueur might make your Christmas list for this year. Wrap it with a fresh slice of orange and you’ll be hearing sleigh bells before you know it!

"We did a lot of experimenting with new flavors while keeping the calories lower," said Cathy Nelson, manager of Carolina Kitchen. "We have fun creating new drinks and the themed names to go along with them."

Carolina Kitchen’s “skinny” cocktails are available during happy hour, from 4 to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
