If you're like many Hyattsville residents, you have watched with some amount of curiosity as the new, large Palette Apartments have been built over the past year.
Now, the local business community, at least, has a chance to tour the facility.
Representatives for Palette Apartments will be hosting a community business mixer on Wednesday, June 26 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will be hosted on Palette's swanky rooftop patio.

The event will feature foods from local restaurants, beer and wine cocktails. A mixologist will also be present, teaching attendees how to mix the perfect martini.

The apartment complex, located at 5501 45th Avenue in downtown Hyattsville, began to rent to tenants earlier this spring. As of two weeks ago, the apartment complex had more than 20 units leased.
