A Tangled Skein: This yarn shop sits across from Franklin's at the quiet intersection of Rhode Island Avenue and Gallatin Street. The store sells bolts of yarn, needles and completed pieces and it also holds classes. A Tangled Skein has ample sitting nooks and crannies for folks looking for a quiet place to knit.

Elizabeth Bridal Boutique: Located near the Queens Chapel-Hamilton intersection, this shop sells everything your wedding party needs to make the trip down the aisle a success. The store stocks traditional and contemporary bridalwear styles in wedding gowns to flower girls' dresses. 

 

The Basket Gourmet Shop and Tiger Lilly Florist: Founded in 2002, this corner shop boasts balloons and flowers for any occasion. This shop also has eye-catching window displays and a variety of products.

 

In the Bag: A kiosk at the Mall at Prince George's. It carries a wide variety of bags, everything from purses to children's backpacks. It has a particularly large selection of products with cartoon characters on them.

 

: Located in historic Old Takoma Park, all of the items in this store are from Turkey. Its products are eclectic and unique. If you're looking for handcrafted jewelry and beautiful handwoven clothing and scarves, you are definitely in the right place. It also sells decorative lighting, table wares and distinctive pillows. Parking is located in the rear of the building.
