Work on a building being developed by local architect Garth Rockcastle is underway.
Hyattsville Patch caught some workers at the corner of Church and Farragut streets on tape and thought you might be interested in what's happening there. Be careful if you walk by and don't plan to drive down the alley between Farragut and Gallatin streets while work is ongoing. Hyattsville Code Enforcement showed up on scene.
