The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) said Federal agencies in the Washington, D.C. area will open this morning under an 11:00 a.m. delayed arrival, due to expected icy conditions.

"Employees have the option for unscheduled leave or unscheduled telework," said the online notice.

OPM recommends Federal employees remain off the road until 9:00 a.m.
