Heavy Rain, Wind Expected Tomorrow
Residents should watch out for flooding and possible power outages.
An alert from the City of Hyattsville:
Heavy rain and wind is expected in the area tomorrow, Sept.30. The storm is expected to hit around 1 p.m. tomorrow afternoon. Two inches of rainfall is predicted, which could lead to flooding.
Residents may wish to clear property swales or gullies, drains and drain covers, as well as gutters, in advance of the storm.
In addition, residents may wish to plan for possible power outages.
