Hyattsville Library Welcomes New Manager

Seen any new faces at the local library lately? The Hyattsville Branch Library has welcomed a new area manager into the fold.  

Catherine Hollerbach, most recently of the Provinces Branch Library in Severn, brings 22 years of library experience working in the Arundel County Public Library System to her new position running the Hyattsville branch. 

While serving as Provinces Branch manager, Hollerback established a Military Family Resource Center that included "a collection of print and electronic resources to serve the military personnel at Fort Meade and the influx of patrons from the federal BRAC program," according to a statement released by the Prince George's County Memorial Library System (PGCMLS).

Hollerbach has a bachelor of science in journalism/public relations and a master's degree in library science from the University of Maryland. She is also a member of Maryland's Library Associate Training Institute Oversight Committee.
