TEA Hosted - Mother's Day Cooking Class
In support of National Mental Health Awareness Month, TEA will host a Mother's Day Cooking Class on Saturday May 3, 2014.
Reserve your spot now...spaces are filling-up fast!!
Our Goal is to teach mom's how to prepare meals that are healthy, affordable, and easy to make for their families. It is the goal of TEA to encourage frequent preparation of foods that are known to stimulate cognitive performance (such as memory and energy levels) and reduce the risk of clinical dysfunctions such as anxiety or depression. Most of the foods are commonly consumed, however it is important that the prevalence of consumption be increased in order to increase quality of life.
