Hamilton Street Cleared After Accident
City says intersection is now open again after power lines were knocked down.
An accident near Hamilton and 40th knocked down power lines near the entrance to Magruder Park earlier today. Pepco has responded, and traffic is moving normally, according to the city's website.
Patch was out there and the street was blocked off by police around 5 p.m.
