A man is in stable condition after being shot twice in the stomach in Hyattsville Friday evening and police are looking for the person who pulled the trigger, according to a Hyattsville City Police Department news release

Two men were sitting in a Red Pontiac G6 in the 3600 block of Gallatin Street around 5:30 p.m. when a third man got into the back seat of the car, brandished a handgun, and "announced a robbery,” the release said.
