Here's a roundup of crimes reported to the Hyattsville City Police Department.

Feb. 6           

At the 5600 block of Hamilton Manor Drive, sometime between midnight and 10 a.m. someone broke into a vehicle parked in this area and removed property.

At the 3300 block of East West Highway, about 4:30 p.m., a suspect was arrested for shoplifting from a home improvement store in this area.

At the Mall at Prince George’s, about 6:30 p.m., a suspect was arrested for shoplifting from a store inside.

At the 6500 block of America Boulevard, sometime between 6:30 and 11 p.m., two groups of patrons left a restaurant in this area without paying for their orders.

Feb. 7

At Magruder Park, sometime since Feb. 4, someone spray painted graffiti on playground equipment at the park.

At the 3300 block of Lancer Place, sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 8 p.m., someone broke into a residence in this area and removed property.

At the Mall at Prince George’s, about 5 p.m., two suspects were arrested for shoplifting from a store inside.

At the 5600 block of Ager Road, about 6:30 p.m., a victim walking in this area was approached by two unknown suspects, one armed with a handgun and the other with a knife. The suspects demanded cash, but the victim fled without complying.

Feb. 8

At the Mall at Prince George’s, about 4 p.m., a suspect was arrested for shoplifting from a store inside.

At the Mall at Prince George’s, about 5 p.m., a suspect was arrested for shoplifting from a grocery store in this area.

At the 2700 block of Hamilton Street, about 8:15 p.m., while walking to the Metro station, a victim was approached by three unknown suspects who robbed him at gunpoint.

Feb. 10

At the Mall at Prince George’s, about 6:30 p.m., a suspect was arrested for shoplifting from a store inside.

 Feb. 11

At the 6000 block of 37th Avenue, sometime between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., someone broke into a residence in this area and removed property.

At the Mall at Prince George’s, sometime between 8:15 and 8:30 p.m., someone stole a victim’s coat that she had placed on a chair while shopping at a store inside.

At the Mall at Prince George’s, about 8:30 p.m., a suspect was arrested for shoplifting from a store inside.

At the 6500 block of Belcrest Road, just before midnight, three suspects were arrested for disorderly conduct.

Feb. 12

At the 2900 block of Belcrest Center Drive, sometime between noon and 2 p.m., someone broke into a vehicle parked in this area and removed property.

At the Mall at Prince George’s, about 2:30 p.m., a suspect was arrested for shoplifting from a store inside.

At the 6100 block of Editors Park Drive, about 2:45 p.m., a victim walking in this area was robbed by two unknown suspects, one armed with a handgun and the other with a knife.

At the Mall at Prince George’s, about 6:45 p.m., a suspect was arrested for shoplifting from a store inside.

At the Mall at Prince George’s, about 7:30 p.m., a suspect was arrested for shoplifting from a store inside.
