Update, Jan. 13: Prince George’s County Police have located Dorsey. Local law enforcement in Cascade, Md. identified Dorsey by the issued Silver Alert issued when he went missing. Dorsey was returned to his family unharmed.
Prince George’s County Police are seeking the public’shelp locating 89-year-old John Raymond Dorsey Jr. He was last seen on today about 11 a.m. in the 2000 block of Somerset Street.
Dorsey, who is diabetic and suffers from Alzheimer's, dropped his wife off at a local grocery store and was headed to the Red Top Gas station located in the 900 block of East West Highway in Takoma Park. He has not been seen or heard from since.
Dorsey is a black male with a medium complexion. He is approximately 5’10” tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He has short gray hair along and a slight mustache. He was last seen wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans and a gray hat. He was driving a 2002, blue Chevy Cavalier, Maryland tag number KYF-748.
