Police Seek Suspects In Adelphi Armed Robbery

Two victims were walking northbound on Adelphi Road near Curry Drive when they were approached by two suspects. One male suspect showed a black handgun and told the victims to get on the ground.

Prince George's County Police are looking for two suspects involved in a citizen armed robbery about 1:30 a.m. on May 11.

According to a press release from the county police, two victims were walking northbound on Adelphi Road near Curry Drive when they were approached by two suspects. One male suspect showed a black handgun and told the victims to get on the ground. The victims did so and the suspects took items and cash from them and fled. No injuries were reported.

The first suspect is described as a black male between 19 and 23 years old, about 5'7", weighing roughly 150 pounds, with dreadlocks, last seen wearing a dark colored shirt and blue jeans, armed with a handgun. The second suspect is described as a hispanic male between 19 and 23 years old, about 5'7", weighing roughly 150 pounds, with long curly hair black hair, wearing a cream colored shirt and blue jeans.
