Three Morning Liquor Store Robberies Related

Robbers posing as customers hit three liquor stores just after opening hours.

A string of morning liquor store robberies has Prince George's County Police warning store owners to keep an eye out for suspicious individuals as they open shop.

Police said that in each incident, the stores were robbed shortly after opening their doors by two men posing as customers. Once inside, one of the men pulls out a gun and announces a robbery, police said. Employees are then tied and the duo make off with cash.

During one of the robberies, a suspected getaway vehicle was spotted. Police described it as a white SUV that might be bearing temporary Maryland license plates. The driver was identified as a black woman wearing a white shower cap and a white tank top.
