Christmas Closings for Hyattsville, University Park
Government offices closed. Leaf, trash collection affected.
Hyattsville city administrative office will be closed on Dec. 25. There will be no trash collection on Christmas day. Those with Tuesday trash days will have their trash picked up on Monday, Dec. 24.
There will be no yard waste collection at all in Hyattsville during the week of Dec. 24, and Dec. 31. City officials are asking that all yard wast be held until Jan. 7, 2013.
The University Park Town Hall and the Town Shuttle Bus will be closed on Monday, Dec. 24 and Tuesday, Dec. 25 in observance of the Christmas holiday.
