4. Ever wonder who your neighbors are? The 2000 U.S. census information says Hyattsville has 14,733 residents. The projected 2009 population was 15,604.

5. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. the along with a group from America's Charities will plant the final 20 of 100 trees in Magruder Park. The trees include River Birch, Sycamore, Black Gum and Pin Oak.
