Proclamation Celebrates Hyattsville's Role in Women's History

The proclamation highlighted Hyattsville's role as a staging ground for a large, innovative 1913 motorized protest which saw thousands of women drive from Magruder Park to Congress to deliver a petition in support of women's suffrage.
