Route 1 Ride Wrap Winner Announced

Jennifer Axner's design, showing paint smeared paint tube on wooden background, wins online contest.

According to Stuart Eisenberg, director of the Hyattsville Community Development Corporation which ran the online contest, the voting was neck and neck.
