This training center focuses on teaching the modern Japanese martial art of Aikido, where one doesn't focus on punching or kicking, but rather using an opponent's energy against him. The class is excellent, with a strong emphasis on proper form over mindless repetition, and on grace and beauty over brute force.
The Membership info is off, however. It's a monthly fee.
