A large apartment complex that faces the rear parking lots of the Mall at Prince Georges and is backed by woods, the Seville is remarkably quiet. Even at rush hour, passersby can hear the birds singing or the ice cream truck. The residents are a mix of locals and University of Maryland students. The delivery van in the parking lot is already outfitted for tailgate parties.
