Long & Foster: Inventory is down in Montgomery and Prince George's counties.
The housing market may be on the rebound, according to new numbers released by Long & Foster. The real estate company’s data shows that in a year-over-year comparison from February 2012 to February 2013 median sales prices are up in many Maryland counties, while the inventory of homes for sale is down significantly. Prince George's County was one of the hardest hit markets.
Prince George's County housing prices had the best year-over-year increase in the Washington metro region, accoring to a Washington Business Journal story. Prince George's County still has the lowest housing sales prices in the region, but the median sales price was up 20 percent from last year at this time to $180,000.

I love the slate roof... that's a major plus. And the bathroom looks fantastic. But the kitchen leaves a lot to be desired at 450k, in my opinion. I think this house is within boundaries for University Park Elementary which is a big plus too. more ›
