Principal Jerome Thomas will not be returning to Northwestern High School this fall, after several years at the helm, and many years before that as an administrator and teacher. In a letter to parents, Prince George’s County Public Schools Associate Superintendent Monica Goldson said Thomas would be transitioning into a new role within the school system. “We thank Mr. Thomas for his dedication and commitment to the children and families of Northwestern, and his tireless efforts as a steward for our senior high school program in Prince George’s County Public Schools,” the letter states.
